Datatec Limited names Marco de Lima as Group Strategy and Corporate Development Director

Datatec Limited, the international Information and Communications Technology (ICT) group, announces the appointment of Marco de Lima as Group Strategy and Corporate Development Director, reporting directly to the CEO.

In his new role, effective immediately, Marco will work closely with the CEO, Jens Montanana, to craft and implement strategies in support of the Group’s divisions. He will also join the executive boards of the main operational subsidiaries and help to identify and drive development opportunities.

Marco was previously VP of Corporate Development and M&A at Datatec and will continue to be responsible for M&A with oversight through the CFO’s office.

Marco joined Datatec in 2007 and holds a Master’s degree in Economics and also qualified as a Chartered Management Accountant in the UK.  Marco will relocate from Singapore to Europe to take up his new position.
